September 2020 – SmartFarm, CropIn’s Farm Management Solution, has been declared as the winner of the ‘Best Farm Management Innovation Solution of the Year’ at the AgTech Breakthrough Awards 2020 for its excellence in bringing futuristic innovations into the AgTech sector.
The AgTech Breakthrough Awards are organised to recognise path-breaking innovations in the world of modern agriculture that are contributing towards increasing efficiency in farm operations, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and pollution, reducing over-application and under usage of fertilizers and chemicals and inculcating good agricultural practices. The evaluation process was done keeping in focus the concept of innovation, viability, impact on the areas of implementation through its functionality, ease of implementation, efficiency in performance and how sustainable the innovation is to the agri ecosystem.
