She is a seasoned People leader with close to two decades of experience in the field. At Cropin, she oversees the entire People function, including talent management, hiring, HR policy formulation, compliance management, employee engagement and corporate talent branding, among other responsibilities. With a rich and diverse career across organisations like Indian Army, Sasken, Ericsson, Tesco, and ABInBev, she brings a unique capability of leading people's agenda and enabling internal organizational transformation at the global scale.
She is an ICF PCC and executive coach and has also tried her hand at entrepreneurship with a brand called Irisz. An IIM Bangalore alumni and an MBA in HR, one of her deepest passions lies in working with individuals, helping them unlock their true potential and guiding them towards personal and professional growth.
